How to delete your data

You can ask Ambica to delete your data at any time. We delete it within 30 days and email you when it's done.
Option 1: Email us
Email privacy@getambica.com with the subject "Delete my data". Include your business name and the email address or phone number on your account. We may contact you to confirm the request comes from you.
Option 2: Remove Ambica from Facebook or TikTok
- Facebook and Instagram: in Meta Business Settings, open Integrations → Connected apps, choose Ambica, and remove it. Personal accounts can do the same under Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations.
- TikTok: in TikTok Ads Manager or Business Center, remove Ambica's access to your ad account.
When you remove our access, we stop using that account immediately and delete the data we received from it within 30 days.
What we delete
Your account details, uploaded photos and videos, business facts, campaign history, connected-account data and access tokens. We keep only what the law requires, such as billing records, and remove it when it's no longer required.
